Your Brain Is Built From the Fat You Eat

Blaise Akwuaka

Why the most important organ you own is built, cell by cell, from the fats in your diet, and how the wrong ratio quietly stiffens the machine you think with.

Alright, Monday. Fresh week, cold engine.

How is the head this morning? Slow to turn over, a little foggy at the edges.

Yeah. Most guys blame the weekend or the coffee.

I want to show you what is actually underneath it.

Your brain is about sixty percent fat. By dry weight, it is the fattest thing you own.

That is not storage fat. That is structure, the actual material your thinking is made of.

And most of that structure is one specific fat. An omega-3 called DHA.

What got me the first time was how physical it is. Every one of your brain cells is wrapped in a thin membrane, and that membrane is where the work happens.

Elon Musk's Insane Projection: 7,692,207%

Where should you invest $100 right now?

Elon Musk just invented and patented this new AI technology…

And he's predicting it will launch a NEW industry that will grow more than 7 million percent in the coming years.

Even if he's only 10% right, that would still be enough to grow $100 into more than $700,000.

Click here to see the details on what Elon Musk called "an infinite money glitch."

Signals fire across it. Receptors sit in it.

For any of that to move fast, the membrane has to stay soft and fluid. Build it from DHA and it stays supple, and signals snap across clean.

Build it from the cheap fat and it stiffens. Every message slows half a step.

Now the part that should sit you up. Your body cannot make DHA in any real amount.

It builds those membranes out of whatever fat you have been eating. You are the supplier, whether you ever thought about it or not.

And look at what is on the shelf. The modern diet runs an omega-6 to omega-3 ratio near sixteen to one.

The body we lived in for most of human history ran closer to one to one. We are handing the most important organ we own a supply it was never built to run on.

Term of the Day

The Omega-3 Index

A simple blood test that reads how much of your red blood cell membrane is made of EPA and DHA.

Under four percent is the low end you do not want. Eight to twelve is the target.

The average American sits around five and never hears a word about it. That number is a readout on the raw material your brain has to build with.

So the foggy morning, the name you reached for and missed, the afternoon where thinking turns to mud. Some of that is not your age.

Some of it is a materials problem. You have been running a sharp brain on stiff parts.

You close the gap at the plate first. Fatty fish, the real ones: salmon, sardines, mackerel.

For a lot of men the plate does not get there week after week, and that is exactly where a quality fish oil earns its place. Form and freshness matter more than the number on the front, so this is one to actually look at, not grab off the shelf.

One straight word before you load up. If you are on a blood thinner, clear high-dose fish oil with your doctor first, because omega-3 thins the blood a little on its own.

SpaceX is next door. The Pentagon is already paying.

A tiny startup does not accidentally end up inside the secure perimeter of Kennedy Space Center.

Right now there is a small, publicly traded company operating a specialized fleet of launch vehicles just steps away from SpaceX and Blue Origin.

They have a special operating agreement that allows them to use a multi-billion-dollar federal launch facility for just $500.

It is no coincidence.

My private intelligence contact tracked the money and found out exactly why this tiny company was granted this kind of elite access.

They have built a launch system that every rocket company on earth needs.

A system that cuts fuel costs by 90% and allows for multiple launches in a single day.

The government knows exactly how valuable this is…

That is why they let them inside the gates.

Most retail investors have never heard of this company.

The stock is currently sitting under $5.

They are about to cross their final licensing milestone, and historical data shows their next valuation could hand early investors a 997% gain.

You can wait until this company is on the front page of the financial news…

Or you can get in while they are still a secret.

One Thing

Get fatty fish on your plate twice this week. Not a pill, not a someday plan, two meals that hand your brain the right material to build from.

Your brain is the organ you earn with. It is a physical thing, and you are rebuilding it every day out of what you put on the fork.

Feed it right and the machine that makes every dollar stays quick. Feed it the cheap stuff and you dull the one asset the others all run through.

Your sharpest thinking is your best-paid work. That is worth more than anything you were going to save buying the worse oil.
